We know that sometimes you just need a connection with another person. That is where our in-studio classes fit the bill and help you find connection to your body as well as others who are interested in bettering themselves.

Enjoy our intimate classroom setting where you will receive support from our trained instructors and the opportunity to ask questions to improve your practice.

Somayasa Yoga

Join us for a 60-minute, moderately paced vinyasa class that will help you build momentum to carry you through the week.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga's therapeutic approach utilizes a combination of classic asana and soma yoga to help relieve the tension from the hectic pace of your life. A guided meditation to close out the practice helps you restore your soul.

Soma Yoga

Soma Yoga is a series of small, supported, and gentle movements designed to help unwind long held patterns in the body and create new, more stable, and functional patterns. This class is perfect for all abilities and a great way to relax and explore your body and mind.

First class is FREE for new students!

Beginner, Outdoor, Vinyassa, and Chakra classes are scheduled from time to time. Always check back or get on the email list to recieve information when available.

Morning Pick-Me-Up Yoga

Saturday, December 2

9:00am - 10:15am

Start your weekend with this easy going and relaxing yoga class. We will start with some small and gentle movements, then transition into a gentle yoga flow followed by a guided relaxation. The perfect way to start your Saturday!
This will be a punch card class for punch card holders or $12 for drop ins.

Sunday Slowdown

Sunday Slowdown is back for the winter! I very much enjoy this deep dive into slow release yoga! Join me for a very gentle, supported and therapeutic class followed by the most lovely guided relaxation. We will spend of the most of the class on the floor doing very small and gentle movements that help facilitate muscle release, relaxation and stability. Ending the session with a lovely and supported guided relaxation.
Investment in this class is $20. This class can also be available via Zoom. Message me to get the link.

Winter Break – Post Holiday Yoga

6:00pm - 7:15pm

I have a winter break and would love to offer a post-holiday-mid-week yoga break! Join me for a medium paced yoga class followed by a guided relaxation. A nice rest and refresh break after the holidays.
This will be a punch card class for punch card holders and $12 for drop ins.
